Service Plan Details

The Witness’s service plans are designed to give you the optimum in flexibility, convenience and affordability.  Highlights of the plan include:

	Less than $6 per month (USD)!
	Guaranteed Transactions – you only pay for successful communications with your vehicle
	No Expiration – Transactions in your account never expire as long as you have Service Term remaining
	Shared Transactions – Transactions can be shared with all the vehicles in your account.

Service plans for The Witness have two components: Service Term and Transactions.

	Service Term is the subscription period for which you will have access to The Witness system.
	Transactions are the individual metered communication events between The Witness system and your vehicle.

You must have both current Service Term and Transactions available in your account in order to use The Witness system.  After your initial purchase, you may purchase Service Term and Transactions separately as needed to keep your account current.

Terms of Sale / Return Policy:
Product purchased from our online store that is unopened, uninstalled and in original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply.  Installation services, shipping fees, service terms and transaction purchases are not eligible for refund.

Use of The Witness services requires agreement to our published Terms and Conditions found here.  All returns must be shipped prepaid with a valid RMA number on the outside of the packaging -- product returned without an RMA will not be accepted.  To obtain an RMA number please call 1-877-872-2589.  The Witness units are shipped active and ready to install. You must complete your installation by registering your account online and purchasing a service plan within 60 days after purchase. Devices without a service plan after 60 days may be permanently deactivated, requiring service at customer’s expense before they can be re-activated.  Professional Installation Service and the Installation Kit are intended for standard installation on most vehicles. In some cases, additional equipment and/or installation charges may apply at customer’s expense.

For products purchased from a dealer or retailer - Please contact your dealer or retailer for details on their return policy.  Product purchased from a dealer or retailer must be returned to the point of purchase.
