The Witness Vehicle Protection System' is a product of Global Location Systems, Inc. Based in Sherman Oaks, California, GLSI was founded in 1999 to pursue the emerging Telematics technology, and its application within the consumer market.

The Witness can not only provide the consumer with answers to questions like “Where is my car?”, but also offer a level of security previously unavailable.
